This website is intentionally no-frills to keep our price to you low.  Rugen Team Investigations, LLC and Heartland Collection Services previously created, owned and operated NetWebinars / PIWebinars, an online training program for collections, judgment collections and private investigations.  We were America's first private investigator webinars!

In March 2008, NetWebinars / PIWebinars was sold, however, we retained the rights to our programs.  Due to the overwhelming demand for quality and low-cost training in the areas of skiptracing and asset locates, we are again offering our live "on-tape" programs.

Upon payment for this program package, within 1 business day, you will receive a link to download the programs, which are in Windows Media Player format.  This is the only format they are available in.  Due to the copyright nature of the programs, the download attempts are monitored.

Learn how to skiptrace those hard to track down in your collections business.  Also, consider farming out your services to others who need a good skiptrace (as you state laws allow). Appx 50 minutes.

Over 20 legal bank locates are discussed, as well as ways to locate employment, and property.

As a bonus, consider adding process serving to your business:  PPS 101, teaching you the basics of process service.  These programs are designed for those in the private investigation or judgment collections business but others may benefit as well.
